Challenge
The Problem
A growing lender was funneling every incoming application through manual analyst review: reading submissions, keying data into Monday.com, sorting and routing deals by hand. That work was slow, repetitive, and didn't scale with deal volume.
Solution
The Approach
I designed custom AI agents to read and classify each incoming deal, then orchestrated the flow through Make.com straight into their existing Monday.com pipeline. The agents handle extraction, triage, and routing automatically, so deals progress without manual re-keying, all on tooling the in-house team can own and extend.
