ITStore
A bilingual B2B platform, re-platformed with zero downtime.
ITStore is the technology partner Israeli businesses call for hardware, IT support, cloud, and security, and Eyal Gantz has been its engineering lead and fractional CTO across several years. The company needed a fast, credible presence that works natively in both Hebrew, right to left, and English, plus a back office its own team could operate without a developer in the loop. As the business grew it also needed its own dedicated infrastructure, without interrupting a live, lead-generating storefront. Gantz designed and built the platform on Laravel 12 and Livewire 4 with Alpine.js and Tailwind CSS: a bilingual front end with native RTL and LTR support, and a custom admin secured by Google OAuth and two-factor authentication covering services, resources, the client logo wall, the team, and email templates. He then led the re-platforming end to end, migrating MySQL to PostgreSQL, moving onto Laravel Cloud, and cutting over DNS with zero downtime and no lost data.

What problem did ITStore have?
ITStore needed a fast, credible, fully bilingual presence that works natively in both Hebrew (RTL) and English, plus a back office their own team could operate without a developer in the loop. As the business grew, the site also needed to stand on its own dedicated infrastructure, without interrupting a live, lead-generating storefront.
How did Eyal solve it?
I designed and built the platform on Laravel and Livewire: a bilingual front end with native RTL/LTR support and a custom, two-factor-secured admin for services, resources, the client logo wall, the team, and email templates. Then I led the re-platforming end to end: a clean MySQL-to-PostgreSQL migration, a move onto dedicated cloud hosting, and a live DNS cutover with zero downtime and no lost data.
