Tres Colori
The storefront you see, and the order-ops machine behind it.
Tres Colori is a personalized-jewelry brand whose customers design their own name necklaces, rings, and bracelets. Eyal Gantz has been its fractional CTO for more than five years, and he owns both halves of the engine. The brand is really two hard problems wearing one storefront: a buying flow effortless enough to let a customer design a product, and a back office that reliably routes every custom order through shipping, multiple manufacturing vendors, fulfillment, and customer updates at scale, with nothing falling through the cracks. He built and runs both. The storefront is a custom Shopify Online Store 2.0 theme in Liquid, with personalization baked into the buying flow. Behind it sits trescolori.cloud, a Laravel 12 order-ops platform that orchestrates every order through ShipStation, the right vendor, fulfillment, and Klaviyo, administered through Laravel Nova. In 2026 Gantz re-platformed that backend onto Laravel Cloud with managed PostgreSQL, without disrupting the store.

What problem did Tres Colori have?
A personalized-jewelry brand is two hard problems wearing one storefront: a buying flow effortless enough to let customers design a product, and a back office that reliably routes every custom order through shipping, multiple manufacturing vendors, fulfillment, and customer updates, at scale, with nothing falling through the cracks.
How did Eyal solve it?
I built and run both. A custom Shopify Online Store 2.0 theme with personalization baked into the buying flow, behind it trescolori.cloud, a Laravel order-ops platform orchestrating every order through ShipStation, the right vendor, fulfillment, and Klaviyo. In 2026 I re-platformed the backend onto Laravel Cloud with managed Postgres, without disrupting the store.
What were the results?
"The custom order management system they built for us is a game-changer. We track every custom piece from order to delivery, and our customers love the real-time updates."
