The storefront you see, and the order-ops machine behind it.
The Problem
A personalized-jewelry brand is two hard problems wearing one storefront: a buying flow effortless enough to let customers design a product, and a back office that reliably routes every custom order through shipping, multiple manufacturing vendors, fulfillment, and customer updates, at scale, with nothing falling through the cracks.
The Approach
I built and run both. A custom Shopify Online Store 2.0 theme with personalization baked into the buying flow, behind it trescolori.cloud, a Laravel order-ops platform orchestrating every order through ShipStation, the right vendor, fulfillment, and Klaviyo. In 2026 I re-platformed the backend onto Laravel Cloud with managed Postgres, without disrupting the store.
